Your right to cancel

Under EU/Irish consumer law, if you buy online you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, just email us within that period and return the item to us.

Returning an item

Please return items unworn and in their original condition within 14 days of telling us you'd like to cancel. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in the post on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll refund the price you paid (and original standard delivery, where applicable) within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us with a photo as soon as you can and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or full refund — including any return postage.

A note on handmade pieces

Every piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, so small natural variations are part of their charm rather than faults — they're what makes your piece uniquely yours.
